[Mobile World Congress] After seeing a CDMA version at CES2009, we’ve finally had our hands on the MiFy 2352, the GSM version of the portable WiFi hotspot. If you don’t know, MiFy turns a cellphone-type data connection into a local WiFi hotspot. Novatel hints at a pricing around 200 Euros before subsidy, which means that it *could* be free, depending on how much the wireless carriers want to “push” this product. After all, one might suspect that carriers aren’t so keen with having customers share their data connection.
