The latest of such handsets would be the Samsung Xplorer B2100 that was specially constructed to withstand submersion, dust, extremes of temperature and shocks, all while meeting military specification MIL-STD-810F. Too bad there is no 3G with this, although you will still enjoy quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900). Features of the Samsung Xplorer B2100 include :-
