Toshiba is coming up with the TDP-F10U, a small and light (1.4Lbs) projector that can display 800x600 with a 800:1 contrast ratio. That's plenty to show PowerPoint presentations, play with a PS2/Wii/Xbox or simply watch DVDs. Unlike many projectors, this one is said to be quiet and that's probably because it doesn't get very hot and therefore does not need a heavy cooling system (it's using LED, right?). It won't ship before March 2009 so that gives you ample time to think about it. $599
