We're pretty sure you ought to contact your insurance agent before picking up the Nimbus Ultimate Wheel - no idea whether your current plan covers this form of "transportation" if you plan to get around the city in it. For $90, this 20" wheel comes with attached pedals. The lack of a proper seat disturbs me - perhaps waitresses at Circus Circus could go around in this while they service drinks, but it would probably be a pretty challenging balancing act to perform.
