Motion Tracking Webcam

Motion Tracking Webcam

What's the point of a motion tracking webcam? Well, we can think of capturing folks with their pants down (literally and figuratively), but it would pretty much be useless when it comes to monitoring a burglary attempt as the theif in question would most probably scoot away with your notebook (if connected to one, since a desktop would be much harder to tote around) in addition to your jewelry and cash. The Motion Tracking Webcam can shoot 640 × 480 videos at 30 frames per second which can be monitored over the Internet, and is able to pan 180° and tilt up to 60° to track the moving object. Guess this $89.98 peripheral is used more for fun than serious snooping.
