LeapFrog Tag Junior

LeapFrog Tag Junior

LeapFrog is one company that holds childrens' education close to their hearts, and their latest foray comes in the form of the Tag Junior. The Tag Junior will target those who are two to four in age and is an improvement on its predecessor's Tag Reading System technology. The Tag Junior will read out downloaded MP3s and rely on its infrared camera to analyze letters and words on the page, with enough memory to store up to five books' worth of material simultaneously. Kids-oriented characters in these custom-made books include the much loved Winnie the Pooh and Dora the Explorer. Tag Junior will hit the market this summer for $34.99, while individual books will retail for $10.99. Hopefully this will help little ones stay off their Game Boy Advance SPs and DS Lites more and inculcate a love for reading instead.
