Chumby Phone Comes In Red

Chumby Phone Comes In Red

Talk about turning the Chumby into something totally different - that's what happened to this particular Chumby, resulting it being a red Chumby phone instead. The owner swapped the touchscreen for the phone's original keypad, while stereo speakers were retrofitted into each end of the phone's handset. The ports have been moved to the back, booting out the original RJ14 jack. As for the red leather case, it comes with a 3" touchscreen display alongside a couple of USB 2.0 ports located at the rear end of the unit. A solitary button under the leather functions as the almighty On/Off switch. Now this is one phone that is worth having a conversation over, especially with those who own Chumbys. What are some of the other creative methods you can think of to modify your Chumby?
