Vudu, which is qualitatively the best movie rental box out there is adding content from web services like Flickr, Picasa or YouTube. It would be nice if there was a way to filter out low-resolution content (<720p) from YouTube as it looks like crap on a large TV.
Vudu also added "On Demand TV", a new feature with content from 120 channels. This is all interesting and we will have to test the content quality for ourselves. If it is equal or better than cable TV, then there's a genuine reason to use it.
