Google is keeping Microsoft's PowerPoint program in its sights by rolling out a new beta, where PowerPoint, Word and Excel copies are now collectively known as Google Docs. According to Google Docs engineering chief Sam Schillace, "Putting documents in the cloud surrounded by easy to use features for collaboration and sharing can save people hours of inefficiency and frustration and even enable new ways of working together." Will you be making the jump over from ye olde PowerPoint when this new beta is released, or is your loyalty not swayed by free software?
