Airport screeners know what you read

Airport screeners know what you read
The Department of Homeland Security currently holds an ever-expanding database of people who could be labeled as terrorists or drug runners, and among these records include their choice of reading material. Using the Automated Targeting System, it scrutinizes every single airline passenger who enters/leaves the country. I suppose such a high level of paranoia cannot be blamed, especially when you have such a vast country to look after with millions upon millions of people traveling daily. Prevention is always better than cure, but such inconvenience could be misconstrued as an invasion of privacy. I suppose the next time you want to look less conspicuous to the screening folk, it would be best to throw in a copy of Penthouse or Forbes into your luggage.
