Adobe updates Photoshop, Premiere

Adobe updates Photoshop, Premiere
Adobe Systems has just refreshed its Elements family on Monday, bringing in new DNA from Photoshop CS3 and Lightroom into Photoshop Elements 6 while giving Premiere Elements 4 a boost in the form of a direct connection to YouTube. You can pick up both Elements family members for $149, whereas they cost a dollar shy of $100 individually. The new dark interface shares some similarity to Lightroom, Apple Aperture and several other similar-minded applications. Some of the Photoshop CS3 features included are Photomerge and a new Quick Selection Tool. As for the module that allows users to upload videos directly to YouTube, you can do so in its native Flash video format complete with tags in a cinch. Both packages are currently available for Windows users only, with a Mac version of Photoshop Elements is the pipeline for a 2008 release.
