CyberData Corporation has just launched the VoIP Zone Controller that provides access to analog paging speakers via a VoIP phone system. With up to 4 audio outputs, this device was specially designed to interface with a standard analog paging amplifier. The zone control function isself can be set up via its Web interface, boasting a maximum of 15 programmable paging zone groups as well as page-all. Those who want a cost-effective method of migrating from legacy phone systems to VoIP while utilizing existing analog paging systems will find the CyberData VoIP Zone Controller come in handy. It will be available from September 21 onwards.
