Dell recently called up LG Display and Samsung Electronics to place its orders for 3.5mm super slim panels, leading many to believe that those displays will be the very same one used in its rumored Adamo notebooks. These panels will come in the 16:10 format, and they certainly won't be cheap since prices for the ultra-thin notebooks are widely tipped to touch even the $3,000 mark, which is way above the $1,800 one would fork out for the Apple MacBook Air (which is already crazy expensive, btw). There are certain segments who think the Adamo platform will mainly target the enterprise market, but what if it is meant to go up against the MacBook Air? How will it be priced then to remain competitive?
