Nebulus to help save lives

Nebulus to help save lives The Nebulus Emergency Flotation Device is a self-inflating shell which deploys quickly, enabling a water or ice rescue to be performed by just a single person without waiting having to wait for back up. In such emergencies, timing is everything and every single second of waiting could mean the clock ticking even closer to death's door. The Nebulus looks pretty much like an ordinary life rae, and can be manually inflated by an emergency first responder or the rider when the recreation vehicle breaks through ice. It utilizes a couple of pressurized carbon dioxide (CO2) bottles to inflate an enclosed lift bag. Whenever the rip-cord is pulled, the Nebulus' inflated lift bag can carry up to 1,000-pounds of the submerged vehicle and riders.
