ID theft and online fraud are reaching an all-time high, thanks partly to devices like this one: it is a credit card reader that can be installed by thieves in ATMs and other card-swiping places. The device records information from consumer credit cards, that can be used later for fraudulent activities. This particular one was found in a Safeway DVD kiosk.
