This is probably our last chance to guess what the next iPod is going to be, before the big announcement, so here's my guess:
- iPhone-looking
- No wheel
- iPhone-like UI
- 3.5” Display
- 100GB HDD, 1.8”
- No Wifi (I hope I'm wrong)
- No Satellite Radio (I doubt that XM and Apple agreed on a deal - although buying a song while listening at it on the radio would be nice!)
Basically, Apple will bring the iPhone’s sex appeal to the high-end iPod. By doing this, the company will not only improve the user interface, but it will also open the potential for applications – if both devices work on the same basic platform. Let’s wait and see…
