Seagate just launched their BlackArmor series of network attached storage (NAS) devices named BlackArmor NAS 440 and 420. The BlackArmor line is aimed at businesses and comes with hardware encryption, which is great in the event that your whole box gets stolen... Seagate does mention that it supports businesses up to 50 'employees', which might mean that there are restrictions in the number of users that can be created. BlackArmor NAS has software that can automate the backup of your computers (no mention of Mac computers) and it can also be accessed via the web. As it is often the case, the box itself can be backed-up up via USB (up to 4 external drives). From $800 (4TB) to $2000 (8TB) – link
