Kodak Zx1 To Arrive This April

Kodak Zx1 To Arrive This April

Pocket-sized video cameras are casual devices that won't capture your favorite moments in high definition - or can they? Kodak's upcoming Zx1 looks set to rock the world when it is released this April, and it is nice to know the Zx1 won't cost you an arm and a leg since it will retail for $150 thereabouts. This weather-resistant device will feature high definition recording at 720p at 60 fps, and is more than able to take its fair share of splashes, dirt and horrid weather without breaking down. Other features include :-

  • SD/SDHC memory card slot (up to 32GB)

  • Captures video in low-light conditions well

  • HDMI output

  • 2" LCD display

  • Remote control compatible

You will be able to pick up the Zx1 in black, red, pink, blue and yellow colors. It seems as though the user experience will be seamless since there won't be any lens cap, dials to turn or settings to fiddle with thanks to its button layout. Integrated software also makes it a snap to share content of the Zx1 over YouTube without the need for a PC. Sounds like a winner, but why must we wait until April?
