Samsung's latest consumer class point-and-shoot digital camera is the NV9, and this compact 10.2 megapixel shooter will come with the following :-

Smile Shot technology
Blink Detection

Samsung has made the user interface slightly easier to navigate this time round, with a Mini Dashboard feature that lets you pull out essential information like remaining battery life or memory card space at the touch of a button regardless of what function you're currently running. No idea on pricing, but it should retail in the same neighborhood as its direct competitors.
