Samsung is officially in the netbook market with their NC10 release, touting the following specifications.
- 10.2" SuperBright LED display
- 1,024 x 600 resolution
- Intel Atom processor
- 80GB/160GB hard drive
- Wi-Fi connectivity
- Bluetooth 2.0 support
- 1.3 megapixel camera
- 3-in-1 memory card reader
- VGA out
- Three USB 2.0 ports
Looks as though 8.9" and 10" models are the norm these days, instead of the 7" which the original Eee PC started off with. I couldn't agree more, since the Eee PC 701 was way too cramped for my fingers to glide over the keyboard. Samsung has thrown in its Silver Nano Technology that turns the keyboard into an anti-bacterial surface, which ought to please those cleanliness freaks. Will you be picking up the Samsung NC10? It will be available later this October.
