In order to move your paddle up and down, you will need to cycle in the appropriate direction. The speed of the pedal's movement depends on just how fast your legs will be able to churn themselves, making this a fun workout session that could potentially make you lose more weight than Wii Fit ever could, although there isn't exactly a wide variety of games to choose from from this platform - just Pong.
