Leadtek has announced the WinFast PxDTV2300 H, a high-performance hybrid TV capture card that runs on the PCI Express interface. You will be able to get high definition DVB-T and worldwide analog TV reception with this, including NTSC, SECAM and PAL in addition to full screen stereo/SAP support. There is a variety of recording formats to choose from - MPEG-4/2/1, WMV, VCD, DVD and SVCD. Thanks to the 9-in-1 A/V cable, the card can support component video input up to 480p. No idea on how much this card will cost though.
