Now this is truly one of the most whacked-out mouse designs I have come across to date - the Aircraft Mouse. It looks ergonomically painful to your palm, since it still relies on a dated "jellybean" form factor, never mind the flashing blue and orange lights that will distract you from concentrating on your work.
