Raytheon's new weapon, the Silent Guardian, is capable of inflicting serious pain on its targets without leaving any trace or marks behind. It does this by focusing a beam of "millimeter-wave" energy that produces a pain not even the depths of hell can offer, causing targeted individuals to instinctively flee or take cover. Even then, the ray penetrates the skin only to 1/64th of an inch without causing any permanent damage. This weapon has a range of over 250 meters, and it looks as though this could be a rather effective anti-crowd weapon without causing any casualties. Hopefully there'll be support groups set up for victims who have felt the burning sensation and can't get it out of their minds even after a long while.
