Word on the street has it that Microsoft is currently working on a new Xbox that boasts an integrated HD DVD drive, dual HDTV tuners, an Electronic Programme Guide, and a Zune dock. Could this rumor be the birth pangs of the Xbox 720? Only time will tell, but it does go to show that traditional game media such as DVDs aren't adequate any more when it comes to high definition. I just can't wait to see how this will be able to impact the so-called "format wars" should the rumor actually be fact.
