Nakamichi gets inspired by the traditional Japanese dress known as kimonos and has released a 52" LCD TV that shares the same name, taking on the concept of kimono. Other than the aesthetically pleasing design that seems to flow so easily, the Kimono LCD TV supports a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels (full HD in all probability), a 178-degree viewing angle, and a contrast ratio of 5,000 to 1. The price has yet to be disclosed, but expensive would probably be a very apt description.
