Maingear brings affordable PCs to all

Maingear has introduced the Dash Friends and Family PC at an affordable price, hoping to enable those who have yet made the jump to do so. This new computer aims to merge performance and high quality of a smaller computer manufacturer at a pocket-friendly price that is often equated with large PC manufacturers. The Maingear Dash will be powered by AMD processors and graphics chipsets, and boast FireWire, a couple of SATA hard drive bays, HDMI, DVI, and analog RGB video output, S/PDIF audio output, an all-in-one internal USB flash card reader and writer, 7.1 high-definition audio support, seven USB 2.0 ports, and integrated gigabit Ethernet and 802.11g WiFi. It ships in various configurations, with prices starting from $799 to a whopping $2,500.
