Cowon has upgraded its iAUDIO 7 and D2 media players, with the former maxing out at 16GB while the latter has a maximum storage capacity of 8GB. Other than the space boost, everything else inside seem to remain as before, including the 2.5" LCD display, an integrated FM radio, and superior battery life. Cowon says that both devices ought to be readily available anytime now with the D2 retailing for $250 while the iAUDIO 7 carries a $300 price tag.
