China seems to be spawning more and more portable media players these days, with the SmartQ T5 being the latest in a long time. It will come in 2GB and 4GB flavors, supporting a wide range of the most popular file formats such as 640 x 480 resolution in 30fps for XviD and DivX on a 3" display. Too bad the screen supports a maximum resolution of 320 x 240 which makes the previous point irrelevant. Battery life is pretty impressive with video playback clocking up to 7 hours of video. Audio stretches the playback time by an additional three times. Pricing details are currently unknown, and you probably could order one online.
