Word has leaked out that Dell is prepping its Inspiron 15 1545 laptop for a commercial release pretty soon, taking over where the Inspiron 15 1525 left off. Features unveiled by the leak include :-
- 15.6" display at WXGA resolution
- Intel Celeron/Core 2 Duo processor
- Intel GMA 4500MHD integrated graphics chipset
- Max. 4GB DDR2 RAM
- DVD burner/Blu-ray optical drive
- 1.3 megapixel webcam
- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity
- Three USB 2.0 ports
- ExpressCard slot
- 8-in-1 media card reader
- VGA output
This puppy will tip the scales at 6 pounds, and is powered by either Windows Vista or Linux. No idea on pricing or availability as at press time, but keep your eyes peeled!
