We all know that netbooks aren't powerhouse mobile computing units, but that doesn't mean one will have to live with super slow processors. Unfortunately, the Alpha 400 MIPS netbook brings things to a new low with a mere 1GB of flash memory and 128MB of RAM, and you'll need to squint at the Linux operating system via its 7" display. An SD memory card slot is there to augment the storage problem, but really, how much more data can you store with another 2GB? The $189.95 price point is not enticing enough for many to make a jump, since throwing in slightly more than double that amount will get you a whole lot more processing power and functions.
